This January the Aarhus and Lancaster teams gathered for the 2025 Gemini Group workshop.
Here we presented our ongoing projects within the gaze interaction space, reflecting on our current strategies and discussing our future directions.
While the primary focus of this workshop was to share focussed ideas and refine study designs and directions, the workshop reminded me of the importance of the following key questions:

• What problem do you solve?
• Why is your work important?
• What do you want to find out?
• How can you be sure of your results?
• What can (HCI) researchers build on from your work?
• What do you want to be known for?

A big thank you to the team for another successful and productive meet! The value of these workshops is immesurable.
